Kayci's BYU Quilt

This was a fun one to quilt. The simplicity of the block design made the contrasting color of the quilting really jump out on the fabrics. Excellent job, Kayci!!

What an adorable quilt! I love the stitching used to quilt it...

Do you know where the BYU fabric on the back is from (I found this blog by googling "byu quilt ideas")...I haven't seen that fabric in any of my searches.

If you know a source for it could you please e-mail me at j.morales5@juno.com

I'm trying to find fabric for quilts for my kids for Christmas 2009.

Thanks! Beautiful quilts!

Do you have a picture of the finished BYU quilt? It looks great but I'd like to see and hear more about it.

Ensign, I don't have a copy of the finished quilt. It was completed in 2008, but I know she repeated the pattern that you see on the far right picture. The BYU fabric (purchased at JoAnn's in Orem) was a solid piece that backed it, and also was used on the front border. Thanks for asking, however!!

Just found this post about this BYU Quilt, do you know what size she used for the squares on this quilt. Such a fun idea, I'm trying to put together for my boys BYU themed bedroom! Thanks!
